BG: What kind of music do you listen to personally? Who's your favorite artist?

KEVIN: Today I have been listening to Deerhoof and Metric.  All time favorites include Black Sabbath and Frank Zappa.  

MARCO:  I‘m all about it being hard, heavy and in your face!  I love Ozzy, Metallica, Tool, Deftones, Maiden, Pantera, and Black Label Society… Zakk Wylde is the man!

BG: What are some things the Burn & Cry has accomplished?

B&C: We won 2nd place in the MTV Talent Show two consecutive times, and we have our music featured every week during the Headbangers Ball on MTV2.  It plays under other bands interviews, it’s subtle, but effective. 

BG: Sweet!   If you weren't making music, what do you think you'd be doing right now?

KEVIN: I’d be working on abolishing health benefits for American Al Qaeda members.

MARCO: I would be calling NFL games every week with John Madden at night and golfing with friends in the day.

BG: Now that's the life.  Okay, so tell me, is it true? Do guys in bands really get all the babes?

KEVIN: Without fail I always have dudes waiting for me at the front of the stage after a show wanting to geek out about the bass. 

MARCO: Being the lead singer it definitely has it’s advantages, our lead guitar player Pancho is way into the transgender shit.  Some folks may think that’s weird or whatever, I say to those people unless you have had your dick peeled back and turned into a vagina, don’t judge a book by it’s cover.

BG: You're currently recording your first full length album, right?  What are your thoughts on this?  What can we expect from the album?

KEVIN:  I can barely contain my excitement.  We have so much great material now, and we just need to get started!  You can expect The Burn & Cry to benefit from production value.  The album will be tits.

BG: Is there anything else you would like to add or promote?

KEVIN:  I’d like to promote reading books and thinking for yourself.
